The sale of products on www.tibigroom.it concluded remotely through this site is subject to the following General Terms and Conditions of Sale.

Purchase

Use of the remote selling service is reserved exclusively for persons over 18 years of age.

Payment Methods

Payment can be made using your credit card, via PayPal, or using Klarna's services, by bank transfer (in this case, the goods will be shipped once the transfer has cleared), or by cash on delivery.

In the case of payment by bank transfer, Tibi Groom reserves the right to cancel the order if the user has not yet completed the transfer after 10 business days from the order date.

Tibi Groom uses third-party payment processing tools and does not access the payment information provided, such as credit card details.

Product Availability

Prices, descriptions, or availability of the products displayed are subject to change without notice. Photos are indicative and may not be an accurate representation of the products.

Tibi Groom will do its best to present the product features in as much detail as possible. However, product images and colors may differ from actual ones due to multiple factors, including but not limited to the User's monitor, camera filters, etc. Therefore, the User acknowledges and accepts that any such minor differences do not constitute a lack of conformity of the products.

Product consulting

Tibi Groom invites its customers to contact its customer service exclusively by email or WhatsApp for any questions about our products or to place orders.

Purchase procedure

Each order submitted constitutes an offer to purchase the products. Orders are subject to availability and are accepted at Tibi Groom's discretion.

The User must select the products and complete the checkout process after carefully reviewing the information in the order summary. The order is placed upon confirmation and is subject to payment of the price, taxes, and shipping and payment costs indicated in the Order Summary form.

The contract is concluded when Tibi Groom sends the Order Confirmation to the email address provided by the User. Tibi Groom reserves the right to notify the User within 5 business days of placing the order, using the email address associated with the purchase, of the unavailability of one or more of the purchased products. In this case, Tibi Groom will refund the price and shipping costs incurred by the User.

Order Processing

The Order is processed within the timeframes specified on the summary page and in the Order Confirmation email, subject to the availability of the ordered product.

Tibi Groom cannot be held liable for damages suffered by the User due to delivery delays that are not attributable to circumstances foreseeable by the parties at the time the Order Confirmation is sent.

Discounts and Offers

Each discount and/or offer will be valid until the specified expiration date or, where applicable, while stocks last. If the discount and/or offer is subject to time limitations, the time indicated refers to the Tibi Groom time zone, as per the address indicated in this document.

Retention of Title

Until full payment for the ordered products has been made, the products remain the property of Tibi Groom.

Right of Withdrawal

When purchasing products or services on Tibi Groom, the User has the right to withdraw from the contract without stating a reason within 14 days. The withdrawal period expires 14 days after the day on which the User or a third party—other than the carrier and designated by the User—acquires physical possession of the goods.

To exercise the right of withdrawal, the User must inform Tibi Groom of their decision to withdraw by sending an explicit declaration to the contact details indicated, demonstrating possession of the tax document (receipt or invoice).

Effects of Withdrawal

If the User withdraws from this contract, all payments made to Tibi Groom, excluding delivery costs, will be refunded without undue delay and in any case no later than 14 days from the day Tibi Groom is informed of the User's decision to withdraw from this contract.

Such refunds will be made either by credit card or bank transfer, provided that proof of receipt or invoice is provided.

Refunds may be suspended until the goods are received.

The User is requested to return the goods and deliver them to Tibi Groom without undue delay and in any case within 14 days from the day on which the User communicated their withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if the User returns the goods before the 14-day period expires. The User will be responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

The User is responsible for any diminished value of the goods resulting from handling other than what is necessary to establish the nature, characteristics, and functioning of the goods.

Warranty

Private consumers are entitled to a warranty on the conformity of purchased products and services for a period of 24 months from purchase, provided that notification is given within 2 months of their discovery. The warranty lasts 12 months for professional users.

To exercise the warranty, the User must contact Tibi Groom using the contact information provided, providing an accurate description of the defect.

If a product defect is found, the User has the right to have it repaired or replaced, at their discretion.

The User is, however, required to return the defective products.

The warranty is valid only if a valid tax document (receipt or invoice) is available.

Service Interruption

To ensure Users enjoy the best possible Service experience, Tibi Groom reserves the right to interrupt the Service for maintenance or system updates.

Tibi Groom reserves the right to make changes to the Terms at any time, notifying Users by posting the changes on www.tibigroom.com.
Users who continue to use www.tibigroom.com after the changes are posted accept the new Terms without reservation.
