Shipping costs in Italy for private customers amount to €4.50 for expenses up to €29.90, €6.00 ​​for expenses up to €59.90; for expenses over €59.90 shipping is free.

Shipping costs in Italy for professionals amount to €10.00; for expenses over €180.00 shipping is free.

We deliver to Europe at a fixed cost of €19.90, via GLS or DpD.

In the case of large orders, shipping costs may vary: the change in transport costs will be communicated to customers at a second time. The customer can decide whether to pay the fare difference or cancel his order. In the second case Tibi Groom will issue a refund using the payment channel used by the customer when ordering.

It is possible to agree on the date and time of delivery in Italy by adding a supplement of €1.50.

Upon delivery of the goods by the courier, the Customer is required to check that the number of packages delivered corresponds to what is indicated in the bulletin and that the packaging is intact, not damaged, wet or otherwise altered.

Any external damage or mismatch in the number of packages or indications must be immediately reported to the courier carrying out the delivery by adding the wording "withdrawal with reserve" on the appropriate accompanying document. In the specific case of a damaged package, write "withdrawal with reserve because the package is damaged"..

Once the courier document has been signed, the Customer will not be able to make any objections regarding the external characteristics of what was delivered. Even in the presence of intact packaging, the goods must be checked within 48 hours of receipt.

The goods are usually delivered in the morning or early afternoon. If you are not at home the courier will leave a "passing notice" in the mailbox with which you need to call the courier to arrange a new delivery. After the second step, the goods must be collected at the nearest Stationary Storage.
